We provide our buyers with an express 10-year limited warranty. And even in the unlikely event that we cannot perform our obligations under the warranty, our insurer will be there to assume responsibility for our performance . . . at no cost to you. Most other insured warranty programs require a consumer deductible, so even if your repair is covered, it still costs you money.

When you sell your home . . .

If the owner decides to sell the home, that transfer in title will not affect the remaining term of our limited warranty. All the new owner has to do is complete the “Subsequent Home Buyer Acknowledgment and Assignment Form” found in the warranty document. This feature can be an attractive selling point for the home owners or sales agents.

Indiana Quality Assurance Builder StandardsG&S Homes includes the Indiana Quality Assurance Standards with all new homes.

The Indiana Quality Assurance Standards provide new homebuyers and remodeling customers a way to measure their builder and the project against an industry approved set of standards. These Standards create a series of performance standards builders and customers can use to communicate and understand each other's expectations regarding building/ remodeling projects.

The Standards address the most prevalent issues that arise between the builder and the customer before the project, during the project, and most importantly, after the project is completed. All too often it is the unrealized or undiscovered expectations that create the majority of problems encountered in the building/ remodeling process. The Standards will help eliminate these problems before the project even begins.

G&S Homes Annual Home Tune-Up

As a service to our clients, we schedule a tune-up visit at the end of the first year and address normal cosmetic issues such as drywall cracks and nail pops, cosmetic caulking, and a variety of other typical warranty items requiring attention at this stage.
