These basic services are included in the monthly
fee for all residents:
- 30 or 31 Meals per Month per Person in Meadowood’s Formal Dining Room (choice of any of the 2 meals served daily). Lunch and Dinner, Breakfast on Saturdays.

Emergency response system is installed in each apartment

- 24-hour Staffing, Security & Emergency Response System (Security and Nurse answer all calls)

- Transportation 5 Days/Week for Shopping including Weekends
- Transportation 2 Days (Tues & Thurs)/Week for Medical Appointments
- Transportation to all Bloomington activities sponsored by the Activities Department, including IU Opera, Theater, Auditorium, and Athletic events
- Security Door Check Daily to every Apartment
- Transportation to and from Garden House
- Postal Assistance
- Daily Voice Message System for Activities & Menus
- Basic cable TV hookup
- FAX, E-mail and Notary

Meadowood's housekeeping staff averages over seven years of
employment. Long term employment, friendliness and continuity
of service set us apart. |
- Housekeeping/Laundry Services
Weekly and bi-weekly housekeeping, changing and/or laundering linen,
personal laundry services, and shampooing the carpets are also available.
Housekeeping services are flexible – additional services are
available. We work with your personal preferences to provide our residents
with individualized service.
- Gardening and Landscaping Services
Meadowood’s gardening and landscaping services can help you plan or
create a new garden, clean up and maintain an existing garden, and
advise you on questions and problems. We will also be happy to assist
you in selecting and planting trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals.
- Additional Meals
Residents will be credited 30 to 31 of the most expensive meals. A
charge will be incurred for any additional meals. Lunch & Dinner is
available. Guest meals are billed to your account.
