When you expand or upgrade a Meadowood home, your monthly rental is based on your initial features. For instance, if you were to add a bedroom to a two-bedroom home, you would continue to pay the two-bedroom rate. |

Apartments at Meadowood can also be modified – including moving a wall or enclosing a porch or patio. We have even combined two apartments into a single residence. We will provide a detailed feasability assessment and estimate at your request. |
