• Deluxe Units Varied Prices
• SECOND PERSON FEE: $350 per month

(Yearly rate increase effective every February, above rates effective February 2005)

The Monthly Fee Includes:

• Fully Equipped Kitchen, including Microwave
• Private Patio, Balcony, or Enclosed Sunroom
• Water/Sewage
• Cable TV
• Washer and Dryer
• And all basic services.

Concierge and Resident Services Fees

• Companion care (at least 2 hours at a time): $15/hr.
• Supportive care (part of nursing services) $20 for 30 minute minimum. $25 for 45 minutes, $30 for up to 60 minutes
• Drop off and pick up items: $10
• Transportation: $15
• Resident Services Packages: $22.50/hr.
• Additional specific charges available from Concierge or Resident Services office
